Delivery within Riyadh

Delivery fee : 23 riyals

Delivery times

Every day from 5pm (3pm during Ramadan) to 9pm (3pm during Ramadan)

Any order that is confirmed before 5pm will be delivered in the afternoon shifts

Orders confirmed after 5 p.m. are delivered in the evening shifts from 9:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Orders placed after 9 p.m. continue the next day

Replacement information

Flavors ordered by the customer and delivered in their original packaging cannot be exchanged, and the delivery cost is on the customer.

An exchange is possible if the product is different or wrong from what was ordered from the customer in the same original condition upon delivery, wrapped in the original packaging and never used or opened within a maximum period of one day only.

The warranty of the devices is only one day (operational warranty), in case the device does not work, it will be replaced immediately for one day from the date of purchase.

Single-use devices are not covered under warranty

When replacing, if the error is the fault of the site, the delegate’s fees will be on us.
